5. Regular data sources of the register

The information in the Customer Data Register contains information about Partners and customer companies. At the beginning of the collaboration, the data is logged manually and maintained through manual refresh. The controller considers it important that personal data is up-to-date, which is why personal data may be obtained from external sources, such as public registers.
6. Regular disclosure of data
The controller does not disclose the Customers’ personal data to third parties, except when required to do so by the Finnish authorities.
However, information may be disclosed to a third party in connection with mergers and acquisitions if the business is restructured or sold.
7. Principles of register protection

Upon request, Star Media Company will make the necessary corrections and supplements to the personal data or remove incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete and outdated data. Star Media Company is not responsible for any problems caused by the information being outdated or inaccurate if the changes have not been notified.
9. Changes to the privacy policy
